Registered Care Manager / Ops Manager - Southend


An experienced Registered Care and Operations Manager, who will hold a Registers Managers Award (QCF 5, LMCS, etc), a good working knowledge of CQC inspection regimes and, ideally, looking for a move into a more head office operational support role, is required by a Care Charity in Southend.  A salary of up to £35k plus benefits is offered depending on experience.

Working in the exciting and challenging role, the successful candidate will have a split role – 3 days a week, you will manage the care home environment (working closely with residents, team members and trustees to maintain the high standards) and the other 2 days, you will work within in the Head Office environment to support the other care homes with their budgeting, staffing and compliance requirements.

Experience Required:
- Previous Operations Management experience to include some Finance / HR experience
- Knowledge of working in a Care Home (possibly as a Care Home Manager)
- Awareness of CQC
- Registered Managers Award holder (QCF 5, LCMS)
- A Full UK driving licence as some travel will be required
